We work with clients to evaluate a target company's management team to understand the direction and culture of an organization. Our in-depth interviews combined with meticulous public records searches help uncover each executive's character, skills, and effectiveness, as well as any weaknesses and potential red flags. We find unique sources that can provide meaningful insights into our clients' key questions. Our public records team obtains and reviews hundreds of pages of criminal and civil litigation, media, corporate, employment, education, property, news coverage, and other relevant records to create a detailed picture and timeline of an executive’s history.

We perform qualitative research to examine fundamental questions clients have about a specific company or an industry segment. These can include customer relationships (current and past), suppliers and logistics, pricing, competitors, marketplace perception, regulatory issues, and more. We follow clients' guidelines on concerns about sensitivity in whom we talk to and what competitive intelligence is most important. We always identify ourselves as Blue Heron, performing diligence on behalf of clients.
