Careers
At Blue Heron, we actively recruit talented individuals who are keen to pursue a career in investigative due diligence. Roles vary from entry-level Associates, to more experienced Researchers, Editors, and Project Managers.
Project Managers oversee due diligence projects, directing the investigative teams as they gather business intelligence for clients.
Associates identify unique sources using databases and publicly available information; and summarize news articles on a company or executive into a succinct one-page dossier for the research team.
Researchers conduct extensive outreach and interviews with the sources.
Editors review interview transcripts for readability, ensuring they meet internal and external compliance guidelines, and write short, top-line reports on the content of the interviews.
Research Analysts conduct private investigations on individuals and entities using databases and public records.
