Working closely with our clients' compliance teams, we maintain a rigorous compliance program designed to gather information only from approved sources and to prevent the collection or transmission of Material Non-Public Information (MNPI). Strict adherence to these policies enables Blue Heron to deliver carefully vetted information to clients. We have a full-time Chief Compliance Officer who will work with internal and external compliance directors and attorneys as needed to address any issues.
